As a platform that features exclusive collections from various designers, we follow a strict no-return policy to maintain the quality, exclusivity, and integrity of every item we deliver.

Order Cancellation

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. Here's how it works:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • In case of cancellation, please note that Shopify transaction charges will be deducted from your total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, and no refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy

While we strive to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective, incorrect, or mismatched products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned item.

If you believe you've received the wrong or faulty item, email our customer care team at Info@ranzawear.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll review your request and provide further steps as soon as possible.
